Shipping policy

  1. DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES:

    A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 is applicable on all orders across Pakistan.

    Deliveries usually take 2-5 business days. Please note that orders are not dispatched on (Friday & Sunday) or gazetted holidays.


  2. AMEND YOUR ORDERS:
    Any amendments can be suggested within 12 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 12 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. Amendments to order including but not limited to article, size, color and shipping address can be made within 12 hours of placing the order (before verification by customer services which has a 12 hours window). No changes can be made after this timeframe.
